This cacao is very good, it tastes like the best, and I've tried a few. It comes from a good source and is such good value, I can highly recommend it. I don't cook with it, as I don't want to destroy the polyphenols.

I had been reading about the benefits of goji berries so decided to buy from NHM, delivery was quick, and compared to supermarket prices they are good value for money as you can buy different size bags to suit your needs. The product arrived in a nice sealing pouch which is nice to keep the quality for longer. This lemongrass have a nice taste to food or a tea, but you need to put quite a lot to have some flavour. It is not like other herbs. So I don't know if it is because it is dried (like really dry), or if it is because of the type of lemongrass, or the quality, or it is simply just like lemongrass should be!
