Due to having a sensitive tummy, my wife decided to try ginger tea for its aid in digestion and anti-inflammatory properties. I have only given these 4 stars as still early days but have noticed an improvement in finger joint aches. I was only taking 1 capsule but you can take up to 3 so I have increased to 2 a day and would give this a few weeks then do another review if necessary.

These capsules are fantastic., I’ve tried other makes but none like your, truthfully. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and to my surprise these capsules (within 2 wks of taking) lowered my blood glucose levels substantially. Try them and see for yourselves, I now wouldn’t be without them.
