The perfect cup of lemongrass herbal tea starts by boiling fresh filtered water, then pre-warm the cup or pot you are going to use to steep the herbal tea before adding to it a good heaped teaspoon per person - or more depending on the strength required. Then introduce the boiled water to the steeping pot before covering and leaving for at least minutes of 3 minutes, steep for as long as needed.

- Bring freshly filtered water to a rolling boil
- Pour boiling water over the herbs and cover the cup or close the pot lid
- Allow steeping for between 2-10 minutes depending on the strength required

The product arrived in a nice sealing pouch which is nice to keep the quality for longer. This lemongrass have a nice taste to food or a tea, but you need to put quite a lot to have some flavour. It is not like other herbs. So I don't know if it is because it is dried (like really dry), or if it is because of the type of lemongrass, or the quality, or it is simply just like lemongrass should be!
