    Who Should Use Subscriptions?

    Our subscriptions are designed for customers who use our products regularly. They are intended to help customers by allowing them to always keep their favourite products without remembering to re-order.

    Understanding Subscriptions

    Subscriptions renew automatically based on your chosen delivery frequency. Once created, your selected subscription products will be delivered at your chosen frequency without placing a new order each time.

    For instance, with a monthly subscription, your chosen payment method will be charged monthly, and you'll receive your products seamlessly at your doorstep every month via your chosen shipping method.

    Subscriptions are managed through our customer portal. You need to create an account on our website, and once logged in, you will have access to the customer portal, where you can manage your subscription.

    Managing Your Subscription: Pause or Cancel

    You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal, as illustrated in the screenshot below. The only exception is if your subscription has a commitment period with a required number of payments before cancellation is allowed.

    Access the customer portal using the magic link sent to you via email when you made your initial subscription order. Alternatively, you can manage your subscriptions by creating an account on our shop.

    Skipping or Rescheduling Charges

    To skip or reschedule, navigate to the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery has a 'Skip Payment' button next to it to skip a charge and a 'Reschedule' button to adjust the delivery date.

    Adding Products to Your Subscription

    Adding products to your subscription is accessible through the customer portal. Click the 'Edit' button on the product card to add, remove, or modify the products in your subscription.

    Handling Payment Issues

    If a payment fails to process and your subscription can't be renewed, you'll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method.

    Cancelling Your Subscription

    Our subscriptions are designed to be flexible and can be easily changed or cancelled by visiting our customer portal.
