I like this psyllium husk and have been using it for some time. I value that it is organic and that the price is way lower than other brands. It took me some time to get a hang of how to dissolve it properly, so it does not make lumps but it works perfectly for my **** when needed. Deliveries are always efficient too

Love the ginger tea. Ginger helps my arthritis as its properties help with inflammation. Tablets I take can give me a sore tummy, this tea soothes it all. Best tea ever

Organic Bee Pollen is a great product that I always add to my breakfast. I have always bought it from The Natural Health Market, which for me is a guarantee of quality and has never disappointed me.

Following my online order, I received the ginger temples in no time. I have been using them day and night ever since and am most impressed with the taste and quality and would highly recommend them. I have now ordered camomile and intend to mix the two to help with ongoing digestive and stomach issues.

My daughter and I have both been using this tea and have been impressed with both its quality and effectiveness for anxiety and sleeplessness. We are finding that we both drift off to sleep a little faster and sleep more deeply and less interrupted. I am particularly impressed with the generous amount of filling in the tea bag/temple. Unlike supermarket camomile tea bags -which resemble dust - there are visible flower buds and plenty of them! Word of warning, the Valerian root makes the tea bag/temple smell quite unpleasant before it is brewed, but thankfully this dissipates and the taste is very pleasant. Fast delivery and lovely service over the phone too. Also, very nice to receive samples of another tea too. Highly recommended!
