Hibiscus Tea Health Benefits
I have purine accumulation which causes pain in muscles and joints similar to athritis and it can fool doctors into thinking it is athritis.
I use sour cherry juice and hibiscus tea and a low purine diet and I have alleviated my symptoms greatly.

Having tried it before from a different provider, I was not sure about using it again as I had a reaction previously. But clearly, the natural health markets product is a far superior product to what I had tried previously, I am sticking to one a day to allow my system to get used to it, but very pleased with product results thus far and will continue to use.
