Hibiscus Tea Health Benefits
I have purine accumulation which causes pain in muscles and joints similar to athritis and it can fool doctors into thinking it is athritis.
I use sour cherry juice and hibiscus tea and a low purine diet and I have alleviated my symptoms greatly.
I had a fortnight without my hibiscus tea and the symptoms came back.
I drink the tea without addititives and it is an acquired taste but now I quite enjoy it knowing how it improves my health and well being,

I always buy this psyllium husk as it gives a lovely colour, flavour and softness to my gluten free bread. Many of the other brands make my bread purple!
Im addicted to the this turmeric! I have terrible inflammation in my joints and this is the only one thing that actually helps and believe me I’ve tried all pain killers and anti inflammatory tablets.
Delighted to find yerba mate tea in a bag form,organic as well. Was introduced to yerba mate tea by an Argentinian friend,who brews it in her proper "pot with a spout"& used as a sharing device with friends. I have only given these 4 stars as still early days but have noticed an improvement in finger joint aches. I was only taking 1 capsule but you can take up to 3 so I have increased to 2 a day and would give this a few weeks then do another review if necessary.

These capsules are fantastic., I’ve tried other makes but none like your, truthfully. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and to my surprise these capsules (within 2 wks of taking) lowered my blood glucose levels substantially. Try them and see for yourselves, I now wouldn’t be without them.
