Ginger is a natural anti inflammatory so I like to drink this tea to help when ever needed, in particular for my digestive system & sinus inflammation. I don't like ordinary tea, and am always looking for alternatives to fruit and herbal teas. I first came across Hibiscus tea in Egypt this year and have not looked back.
