You can also drink Rooibos Tea as an iced tea, you just need to put two tablespoons of Rooibos Tea in an infuser with a cup of hot water, let it steep and then cool for at least ten minutes then pour over ice and serve immediately. Hibiscus Tea Health Benefits
I have purine accumulation which causes pain in muscles and joints similar to athritis and it can fool doctors into thinking it is athritis.
I use sour cherry juice and hibiscus tea and a low purine diet and I have alleviated my symptoms greatly.
