Chamomile tea has a far-reaching history of use in Europe and the Middle East, especially in Egypt. As far back as the middle ages in Europe and much earlier in ancient Egypt, chamomile was worshipped as a herb of the sun and instinctively used for a range of health issues. In Greek, chamomile translates to 'ground apple.' Today chamomile tea is often referred to as 'Roman Chamomile';. However, tea was drunk extensively in ancient Rome; the name 'Roman Chamomile' was given to the herb by a botanist who found it growing in the Coliseum in the 19th century.

Hibiscus Tea Health Benefits
I have purine accumulation which causes pain in muscles and joints similar to athritis and it can fool doctors into thinking it is athritis.
I use sour cherry juice and hibiscus tea and a low purine diet and I have alleviated my symptoms greatly.

Was introduced to yerba mate tea by an Argentinian friend,who brews it in her proper "pot with a spout"& used as a sharing device with friends. Have now bought these twice as they are so good. Nice to see that the whole flower is available to be seen and used. The taste is very good and if left to brew the taste isn’t too overpowering. Would not hesitate to recommend these tea bags. Natural Health Market deliver very quickly in a very secure box.
