Organic Natural Ingredients of Eclectic Green Tea
By blending vibrant ingredients, we enhance the naturally bittersweet, floral flavours of sencha green tea. Savour your Eclectic Green Tea, and you will notice the fresh, uplifting tanginess of nettle, the citrus, zesty notes of lemongrass and the warming spiciness of ginger. We have also combined yerba mate leaves, which are known for their distinctive woody, bitter taste to provide balance and increase the caffeine content, and the lemony, floral notes of the flowering verbena plant.
How to Enjoy a Cup of Eclectic Green Tea
To make the perfect cup of Eclectic Green Tea, pour fresh filtered water heated to around 80˚C into a cup or pot with your tea and leave to brew for three to five minutes depending on the flavour required, leave for up to ten minutes if you like more ginger tones. Green tea has traditionally been drunk in Asia to achieve peace and harmony and can be enjoyed throughout the day, this blend contains caffeine and should be drunk at night.

Healthy tea.
Having lived in the far east for some time I used fresh lemon grass boiled to make a tea to help lower my blood pressure. It appeared to do this. Now living in the U.K. I discovered that Natural Health sold tea lemon grass tea bags. They make a nice tea and hopefully keep me healthy.
These teabags only contain chopped ginger- no additives or artificial flavours.
Can make them weak or strong. Great alternative to black tea, ginger a natural immunity booster
This Organic Psyllium Husk Powder is a great alternative to Fybogel, especially if like me you don’t get on with the very acidic orange flavour. A really good, easy source of fibre.
I have been taking Moringa for 2 weeks hoping to find relief from hip osteoarthritis. After the second dose I found relief in that I could place pressure under foot without causing pain in the groin area. I take the powder with a couple of tablespoons of Greek yoghurt in the morning.

This is an excellent product.
I used 4 big leaves per day with at least 2lt hot water, You must be diligent drink this product every day. My blood pressure is now the best reading 1st time in 25 years. Free from horrendous medicine! That never worked to lower the readings!
Drs asked me ‘ what’s the secret ?’ I said if you pay me, I may then review.
