The package arrived quickly and in good order. The turmeric has a nice mellow and gentle flavour, some products can taste quite powerful and synthetic but this has a gentle earthiness. Also loved my bonus peppermint tea bags!
A friend recommended this because she said she's been drinking it every day for years and hasn't been ill since. Unfortunately that hasn't worked for me but I'm not as religious about taking it. I do feel maybe I'm sick for less time since I've been drinking it reasonably regularly.... Another friend of mine loves it and I've just bought her a packet.
Ginger is a natural anti inflammatory so I like to drink this tea to help when ever needed, in particular for my digestive system & sinus inflammation. I particularly like that these are organic & are not mixed with other flavours.
