What is lemon verbena tea?
Lemon verbena is also known as Aloysia citrodora and Lemon Beebush; it's a perennial plant native to South America that contains potent essential oils and antioxidants, revered in traditional medicine systems.
When steeped it has a distinct, vibrant zing that will lift your spirits and invigorate; a weaker steep gives a delicate tea with an subtle citrus fragrance.

How to make the perfect cup of herbal tea:
Bring freshly filtered water to a rolling boil
Pour boiling water over the herbs and cover the cup or close the pot lid

I have purine accumulation which causes pain in muscles and joints similar to athritis and it can fool doctors into thinking it is athritis.
