Our RAW Cacao Nibs are made from pure cacao beans which come from the tropical criollo (king of cacao) cacao fruit. Cacao nibs are high in antioxidant polyphenols, as well as being a rich source of beneficial minerals. Our cacao nibs are a deliciously healthy alternative to regular chocolate and an excellent compliment for yoghurts, cereals and desserts.
There are three major varieties of Cacao:
Criollo
Forastero
Trinitario
Our cacao nibs are from the Criollo bean, only 5% of the world's cacao is the Criollo tree. The Criollo bean tree is notoriously difficult to cultivate and is susceptible to environmental changes; the Criollo tree is native to South America.

The package arrived quickly and in good order. The turmeric has a nice mellow and gentle flavour, some products can taste quite powerful and synthetic but this has a gentle earthiness. Also loved my bonus peppermint tea bags!
A friend recommended this because she said she's been drinking it every day for years and hasn't been ill since. Unfortunately that hasn't worked for me but I'm not as religious about taking it. I do feel maybe I'm sick for less time since I've been drinking it reasonably regularly.... Another friend of mine loves it and I've just bought her a packet.
Ginger is a natural anti inflammatory so I like to drink this tea to help when ever needed, in particular for my digestive system & sinus inflammation. I particularly like that these are organic & are not mixed with other flavours. Although I don't drink these regularly I feel confident & comforted that I can rely on these quality organic ginger tea bags.

I always make a mug of echinacea tea first thing in the morning, and take it with me into the shower room. By the time I’ve had my shower it’s cool enough to drink.
