Hibiscus Tea Health Benefits
I have purine accumulation which causes pain in muscles and joints similar to athritis and it can fool doctors into thinking it is athritis.
I use sour cherry juice and hibiscus tea and a low purine diet and I have alleviated my symptoms greatly.

Was introduced to yerba mate tea by an Argentinian friend,who brews it in her proper "pot with a spout"& used as a sharing device with friends. Easy to use website, fast delivery, great service. Unfortunately whilst the tea's taste ok ish, they are very powdery, spill out of the strainers and is overall not pleasant. Sorry to say I won't be reordering.

The turmeric has a really good aroma and taste, but the loose 'leaf' format doesn't work well because it is essentially a powder, albeit coarsely ground. It is hard to strain and the tea ends up a bit chewy. I think I'll stick with the bags for the turmeric.

The loose leaf tea is different to two other brands I have used, I think this brand is more concentrated than the others. It leaves a residue after infusing, when I got used to this I enjoy it and would purchase again.
