I have purine accumulation which causes pain in muscles and joints similar to athritis and it can fool doctors into thinking it is athritis.
I use sour cherry juice and hibiscus tea and a low purine diet and I have alleviated my symptoms greatly.
I had a fortnight without my hibiscus tea and the symptoms came back.
I drink the tea without addititives and it is an acquired taste but now I quite enjoy it knowing how it improves my health and well being,
