Hibiscus Tea Bags Usage Instructions
To brew the perfect cup of organic hibiscus tea, add one tea bag to a cup of freshly boiled filter water and steep for up to 10 minutes, or leave it in.
If brewing a pot of tea, use one bag per person. Adjust the steeping time to taste. Enjoy it hot or iced, and add a touch of honey or a segment of lemon. To make iced hibiscus tea always start with boiling water and allow to cool.

Years ago I used to buy big bags of hibiscus petals when I was in Egypt to take home because they taste was far superior to anything I could buy in the UK. Well I was really impressed with these. They smell and taste just perfect. I have recommended to lots of friends. For me hibiscus tea is slightly diuretic and aids restful keep. Fast shipping and great packaging. Perfect hot or as a long cool summer quencher. Will definitely be reordering these.

I have purine accumulation which causes pain in muscles and joints similar to athritis and it can fool doctors into thinking it is athritis.
I use sour cherry juice and hibiscus tea and a low purine diet and I have alleviated my symptoms greatly.
