Add 10g to oatmeal, baking recipes, smoothies, juice, shake or just pure water. Each 10g serving contains 8g of protein, use up to 3 times a day.

Great powder in smoothies! Only bad thing is that it sticks on the bottle and you'd have to stir with water before mixing the smoothie.
