    In this recipe we have included 3 of our best-selling products, Organic Acai Berry Powder, Organic Bronze Flaxseed and Organic Chia Seeds.

    Our Organic Acai Berry Powder

    Harvested from the Amazon rainforests our Organic Acai Berry Powder is pure and freeze-dried at source to lock in the maximum nutrition.  Acai powder is a great way to boost the antioxidants in your diet containing a broad range of vitamins and antioxidants which help the body maintain itself during the rigours of modern life.

    Containing higher levels of antioxidants than most other berries in including blueberries, strawberries and raspberries, these little berries are small but mighty and have quite rightly earned themselves the ‘super food’ label.

    Organic Flaxseed or Linseed

    Our Acai Bowl Recipe

    One of our favourite Acai Bowls combines the smoothness of cashew nuts with the sweetness of berries.  This delicious cashew nut and acai berry smoothie bowl is quick and delicious We have suggested our favourite toppings but you can add whatever you like to make your perfect bowl.

    Method:

    Drain the cashew nuts (these need to be soaked for at least 2 hours but overnight is even better) and add to a blender with the rest of the ingredients.  Blend until smooth, leave it to rest for a couple of minutes before giving it a final blitz for 15 seconds.

    Serve in bowls and add the toppings.

    Ingredients:

    Serves 2 

    100g raw cashew nuts (soaked overnight)

    1 large over ripe banana chopped and frozen

    150g Frozen berries

    75ml of unsweetened plant milk of your choice

    1 Tablespoon of Organic Acai Berry Powder

    1 Tablespoon of Organic Bronze Flaxseeds

    For the topping:

    Nut butter of your choosing

    Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries

    Chia seeds

    Honey (if you like your smoothie bowls a little sweeter!)
