Suggested Use
We recommend taking up to 15g of chia seed per day; this is roughly TWO heaped tablespoons. Chia has a neutral taste and can be easily combined into smoothies, oatmeal or other breakfast, added to baking recipes, or simply soak in water for a few minutes and drink.
