I regularly have this for digestive issues and find it soothing and helpful. Also if I'm feeling a bit stressed.

Hadn't tried Raspberry Leaf tea before...it's not for me personally but anyone who likes 'builder's tea', ie. strong tea, would probably really enjoy it.
Five stars though because quality is excellent.

Lovely fruity flavour and great quality. I'd never tried Hibiscus Tea before and will definitely be making this a regular cuppa. Think it will be ideal in winter when feeling the need for a comforting, vitamin C hit. Enjoying it at the moment in summer too.

Great product, dissolves well and works great in a smoothie or just with water as I take it every morning. Great value and much cheaper than organic whey I used before.

Delicious goji berries! Not too sweet but plenty of flavour. Soften when added to milk on cereal or yogurt. Just the right size.

I started taking Psyllium husk quite a while ago now, as i had read someone in the same medical condition as me takes it to help with J-pouch bowel movements, I know when I've run out and the difference to not taking it now is really noticable... so thank you, I will keep ordering. . I take it with milk every morning...

I bought these tablets for my horse who suffers from sweet itch. Unfortunately she refuses to eat them so my plan is to buy in powder form and gradually introduce it in her feed. Soooo the tablets are now being taken by myself and my 2 dogs. They are easy to take and my dogs who don't usually take tablets without protest just eat them like treats. My dogs have 2 a day and there have been no adverse effects. I take 4 a day and have no bad side effects but I have gradually been losing weight. My tummy fat caused by the menopause is subsiding, I am waking up before my alarm in the mornings and I generally feel healthy. The bag contains loads of tablets so will last me a good few months. Delivery was super quick and the company have been very informative.
